Jim Hardesty is the founder of TropicChoice Properties and Investments, primarily a buyer’s agent service for Mexico and Belize. Jim has worked with several residential developments in Belize and Mexico as well as structured and managed international real estate portfolios for over 15 years.  Prior to his international real estate career, Jim managed a portfolio of rental properties in the US and operated Exotic Progression, a natural food manufacturing and distribution company in California. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in environmental studies with an emphasis on alternative energy.
