Lishali Baez was born in the USA and raised in the Dominican Republic, early in her life she demonstrated interest in the justice and business areas, therefore, she decided to attend Law School at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) graduating from law in 2014.  For the better part of her time in law school she worked for one of the biggest Law Firm across the Dominican Republic first as a paralegal and later as the head of the department of Immigration, citizenship, and corporate law, then and up to now she has dedicated her private practice to assist individuals looking to incorporate a business, invest in Real Estate, obtain residency and citizenship in the DR.   

Later in her practice she realized that the expat community in the Dominican Republic more than often needed assistance in legal disputes in the Dominican Republic, therefore, she acquired a Master’s degree in Civil Law and Civil Litigation in 2019 at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM).  She is the managing attorney at Legal Bureau Lishali Baez based in Santo Domingo.
